The Town of Channel-Port aux Basques is pleased to offer residential land building lots available in the scenic Grand Bay West area of the community.

Overlooking sandy beaches, the ocean, and community, this rapidly growing subdivision encompasses Taverner Drive and the current development of Smallwood Drive. Lots are reasonably priced at $29,465 + HST and are approximately 75ft x 100ft in area.

All building lots include municipal water and sewer hookup, sidewalks and paved roadways. Garbage collection and snow removal are provided by the Town as well.
